Terms for using EduRFX

These Terms govern your registration for and use of EduRFX. By continuing, you agree to follow them and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and approval

You must be authorised to act for the school, institution, or supplier you represent. Keep your account secure and tell EduRFX Operations promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Registration does not automatically grant unrestricted procurement access. Access remains subject to EduRFX's existing review and approval process.

Responsible use

Use EduRFX only for lawful institutional procurement and related activities. Do not misrepresent an organisation, access another participant's information without permission, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

Private procurement information

Treat requirements, invitations, quotations, comparisons, messages, and outcomes as confidential unless their authorised owner agrees otherwise. EduRFX uses role-based access to keep these records within the intended school, supplier, and Operations workflows.

Commercial decisions

EduRFX supports sourcing and comparison but does not make a school's supplier decision. A selection recorded in EduRFX is not by itself a purchase order, payment, delivery acceptance, warranty, or separate contract between participants. Each participant remains responsible for its own checks and commitments.

Records, corrections, and access

EduRFX preserves procurement and audit history. If a completed record needs correction, contact EduRFX Operations so the change can be handled without hiding the original history. EduRFX may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users, data, or the service, or when these Terms are breached.
