How EduRFX handles your information

This notice explains the personal information EduRFX collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to you when you register or use the product.

Information we collect

• Account and contact details, such as your name and email address.
• School, institution, or supplier profile details that you provide during setup and review.
• Procurement records and communications that authorised users add to their private workspaces.
• Security, access, and technical records needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, review access requests, provide authorised workspaces and private sourcing flows, support users, keep an audit history, and protect EduRFX from misuse.

Who receives it

Information is available only to authorised participants and EduRFX Operations as needed for the relevant workflow. We use Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information to operate EduRFX. We do not sell personal information or make private procurement records public.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as needed for security, audit, dispute, and legal purposes. You may ask to access, correct, or erase personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a concern. Some records may need to be retained to preserve procurement and audit history or meet legal obligations.

Send a privacy request through the EduRFX founder or Operations contact who invited or provisioned your institution. EduRFX will use that verified support channel to protect account information while responding.
